Today Coach Joe Mantegna, head basketball coach at Blair Academy, spoke to the kids about how working hard pays off in the long run. “Perspire to aspire.” He also provided an on-court demonstration to give the campers some tips on how to master different finishing moves around the rim.

Today we had Scott Coval, the head basketball coach from DeSales University, come speak to the campers about what the sport of basketball can do for you. He also gave an on-court demonstration on how to perfect your jump shot!
Dr. Jim Brennan, well known sports psychologist from Villanova University helped kick off our first day of camp. He opened our morning session with a motivational talk in how to start the week off right. Later, Ed White, former athletic director of Lehigh University, stressed the importance of education and the college application process. He really did a great job connecting with the kids!

Jim Cleamons, the assistant coach of the New York Knicks, has agreed to come speak at our camp on June 25th. We are very honored to have the support of both the NBA and the Knicks organization.
